Fees include: Welcome bottle of Chianti wine, water and power supply, heating, air conditioning, bed linen (weekly change), bath linen (2 weekly sets), courtesy products kitchen and bath (1st night), final cleaning and mid-week quick cleaning, wi-fi Internet, swimming pool, fenced car parking, tax, buffet breakfast. All taxes included.
* Low season: from March 3rd to April 4th; from April 14th to May 4th; from October 6th to November 3rd
* Middle season: from April 7th to 13th; from May 5th to June 29th; from August 25th to October 5th;
* High season: from June 30th to August 24th; from December 22nd, 2012 to January 6th, 2013.

- 10% reduction for retired (over 65, no families, no children);
- long stays: 14 nights for the price of 12!
- groups of over 15 people or exclusive rent of the whole venue: customized budgets.

- 10% reduction for honeymooners
- 10% reduction for mothers travelling with children only
- Reductions are not combinable
- Pets: 5,00 € per day

Short stays are possible in low season only, according to availability.

Please carefully read following terms and conditions

MINIMUM STAY

- During middle and high season the minimum stay is 7 nights (rates are therefore per week, per apartment);
for 2 weeks stays (14 nights) special reduced rates (“stay 14 days and pay for 12”)
In low season, minimum stay is three nights, according to availability (pls check rates for short stays) .

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in between 3,00 and 7,00 p.m. / Check-out by 10,00 a.m.
Any other time for check-in or check-out must be previously agreed with Management. The balance of the bill must be settled within 6,00 p.m. the day before departure.

SERVICES INCLUDED
Water, electricity, heating, air conditioning, bed and bath linen (one weekly change for sheets, two changes for towels), Wi-fi Internet, final cleaning and quick cleaning mid-week, use of pool, car parking, taxes (V.A.T. and residence tax), buffet breakfast, concierge service.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED
- Extra clearing (on request) 20,00 € per person (change of linen included);
extra change of towels (on request) 15,00 € per person;
extra change of sheets 15,00 € per bed;
pets 5,00 € per day, on request, must advise upon reservation.
Meals, snacks and tea, groceries delivery (on request), use of telephone and fax, laundry service, and generally all that is not quoted in “Services included”.

From 39 to 14 days prior to arrival:	50% fee
From 13 days to day of arrival:	80% fee
No show :	100%

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
We accept written reservations by fax or e-mail only.
The confirmation voucher must be printed and shown upon arrival.
Once the reservation is confirmed, guest must advise Castello di Fulignano in written about any change or cancellation that may occur.

NUMBER OF GUESTS AND PETS
It is mandatory to state on the reservation form the exact number of adults and children to be accommodated, and the same must be registered by an a valid I.D. upon arrival, before being allowed to the booked apartment. Registered guests only can access the apartments.
It is also mandatory to advise about pets to accommodate upon reservation and in any case, before arrival. All guests must watch upon their pets any time within the property. Guests with pets must read and sign the Pets Rules Form upon arrival and commit themselves to respect the premises’ tidiness and other guests’ quiet.

ORDINARY MAINTENANCE
When necessary, the property staff have the right to access the premises for the ordinary maintenance of garden, pool and incidental failures in the apartments.

LEGAL JURISDICTION
Castello di Fulignano lies within legal jurisdiction of the Siena Province. Any legal issue regarding reservations or stays at Castello di Fulignano are subject to the Italian law.
